Arpan is an effort that is driven by our employees. It is our employees who step ahead and take all the responsibilities

• Arpan has a governing body which decides on the projects and initiatives to be undertaken
• Employees volunteer for Arpan and select Program Officers who spearhead the functioning of their respective projects/initiatives
• Volunteers who demonstrate outstanding performance through their initiative and involvement in serving the community are recognized and rewarded
